We only accept payment via eBay !

Payment is due within 7 (seven) days.

You may combine multiple purchases over the course of a 5 (five) day period. Please wait for our invoice for correct shipping cost.

In rare cases for very large purchases we may require that payment be made by wire transfer.

We ship within 48 hrs after payment is received !

We can only ship to your confirmed eBay address. We will not forward packages or ship to alternate addresses - no exceptions.

All claims for lost or missing items will be dismissed if USPS tracking number states that the package has been "DELIVERED", including if the package has "SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION" and the authorized or unauthorized person has signed for the package.

At our discretion, we may opt to self-insure any order.

There is a 14 day return policy !

We accept returns for the items shipped ONLY to US addresses.

Please contact us when you decide to return an item. All return instructions will be sent through eBay messages.

The item must be returned in the same condition as it was received.

Stamps described with faults are NOT returnable.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
