We are pleased to offer this original signed Louis Icart (1888 - 1928) drypoint etching "Zest" and titled "L Elan" in French. Beautiful young lady surrounded by her greyhound dogs. Signed in pencil on the bottom right hand corner and is embossed with the windmill mark on the lower left. The frame measures 28 1/2" x 22" and does not appear to be the original period frame, as it has a Newman Galleries lable on the reverse side.....prestigious gallery here in Phila.   The art measures 20" x 14" (not including the matte).  Overall nice condition with 3 tiny flaws shown in last photos......one is light scratch on dog.....another is bruise at border.....last is chip on mat at left side.  Please feel free to ask any questions..  This is first time offered for sale since it was framed many years ago.  Thank you for looking.

PLEASE do not bid if you are not going to complete the transaction.
