Up for sale is PELIKAN M200 old style blue marbled fountain pen with a blue marbled barrel, black cap and gold plated trims. This pen was made in GERMANY dates back 1988-1997. This is the Old Style model with a double cap ring and the Pelikan logo with two chicks on the derby cap. The pen is very well preserved. It can fit as a valuable addition into any collection, and is a quality pen that will perfectly function, as a daily writer.

The pen has a gold plated nib with an imprint that reads "PELIKAN M" with the Pelikan insignia. The caps gold trim ring has an imprint that reads "PELIKAN GERMANY". The cap end has the Pelikan insignia with 2 cheeks (old logo). This pen is a piston filler and come with clear clean ink view barrel. The fountain pen has a timeless design with its bottom and cap in polished black. It is made of high-quality resin. The 24 carat gold-plated decorative rings and the characteristic Pelikan beak clip underline its traditional design, with a transparent-grey ink viewing window as a classy and colorful accent. The pen is equipped with a traditional and reliable piston-filling mechanism. 

The pen is slightly / gently used, in full perfect working and writing order. Fully inspected, cleaned, tested and ready to use. 

The pen was serviced and ultrasonically cleaned, ready for your ink and many more years of enjoyable use.

 

No major issues or imperfections being noted as dents/cracks /dings/scratches/brassing/shading/discoloration/plating wear or engraving/ personalization/tarnish. The only issue is a small plating loss on the nib, nothing to effect the smooth writing, I have shown this in extreme close up but it is barely noticeable in the hand.

 

ROLLED GOLD CAPS, CLIPS & TRIMS. THE GOLDEN TRIMS HAVE NO SIGNS OF RUINOUS OXIDATION OR RUST.

Payment is expected within 3 days of auction end. If payment is not received within 3 days none paying bidder alerts will be issued automatically after that time, and the item will be relisted.

Your Item will be sent by registered mail, after payment is confirmed. A tracking number will be uploaded to e-bay.

Please check with your country's customs office what are the additional costs will be prior bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivery freight (shipping) or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them to additional shipping charges.

Normally handling time is just up to2 days. I ship worldwide only by registered signed for postage. Most of sent items arrive within 20 working days, but please be patient: customs & holidays are only few of the reasons for delay. You will receive tracking number as your item is sent – will be uploaded on E-BAY.
