1993 Wedgewood Cake Plate from Frederick Warne & Company.  This is from the World of Peter Rabbit collection using characters from the Beatrix Potter story.  The plate is in excellent condition with no signs of use. there are a few small "warts" on the back of the plate, but they are glazed over which I believe are from the manufacturing process (see third photo).  My mother-in-law collected Peter Rabbit items and this is from her smoke-free home.  The plate measures 7" in diameter.
