Antique Royal Worcester Creamer 1907.   I've tried to date this piece and, after much research, have come up with a year of 1907.  

It is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks.   There is a tiny divot/flea bite on the gold rim, as shown in the photos, but it really isn't big enough to qualify as a chip.  It's the tiny black spot shown close to the handle.

The colours and the gold trim are all still very vibrant and do not show any wear.
