The cup has a small “white” speck on the outside. I don’t know if this is white paint or what it is. However, I wanted to point it out. Please look at pics for close-up. I do not know the brand of the candle holder. However, the votive cup is Home Interior. Would be a very pretty decorative accent with rustic or primitive decor.
