This awesome piece is the Chicago Blackhawks 2015 Stanley Cup Champions Six-Time Stanley Cup Champions - Member Of The Original Six, autographed by 20 members (count them!) and Duncan Keith’s 2015 Conn Smythe inscription, 20" x 24" Collage Photograph. 

This Limited Edition piece, with this one being #8/50, was professionally matted and framed. There are some minor storage scratches on the frame. The frame measures approximately 23.5" x 27.5".

It has a Fanatics COA hologram and comes with a Fanatics card as well as a Frameworth hologram.
