Complete in carrying bag, this gently used AstroTrac TP3065 portable pillar and TT320X-AG guider are ready to go. The aerospace grade aluminum main column is held rigidly upright by three stainless steel tension cables. It takes just a few seconds to hand tighten the tension cables using the specially designed AstroTrac stainless steel tensioners. If you need additional stability, simply fill your pier with sandbags, stones or an AstroTrac water bag.

You'll love the way the pier's legs and your TT320X (included) pack away into the provided leg roll which in turn packs away inside the main pier column, together with your wedge and polar scope (not included) but wedge attaches effortlessly to the top plate. The result is an easy to carry 6" diameter tube which can easily be stowed on the back seat of your car or carried on an airplane in the accompanying bag.

Conveniently located holes in the top and bottom plates allow you to pass your USB data and 12 V power cables through the pier preventing tangling. Mounting plate boasts: 1 x central 10 mm hole, 6 equally spaced metric 10 mm holes on 50 mm diameter circle, 6 equally spaced metric 8 mm holes on 85 mm diameter circle, and 3 USB plug sized cable slots.

Leveling is effortless even when fully loaded with large thumb wheels on individually adjustable feet. For added security you can lock each foot in position by tightening the locking screw in the top of the foot.

The ultra-portable TT320X-AG weighs only 2.2lbs. Despite its minimal weight, the TT320X-AG can easily carry 33 lbs. of camera/telescope. The TT320X-AG draws minimal power, so you get around 10 hours tracking from a set of 8 AA cells. The TT320X-AG is perfectly matched to the AstroTrac Travel System and can also be used with any photo tripod equipped with a standard 3/8" photo thread. Includes Battery Brick, and Autoguiding.
