Vintage Snare drum case 
Rare collectable from a bygone WWII era (1930-1950's).  7" X 17"  
in good condition  considering  but clearly shows signs of age/wear. Web strap most likely replaced decades ago.

Note: tape was used inside to protect scratches from the rivets
