Italian size 46 is roughly equivalent to an American size 10.

The jacket is in great condition without wearing, with the exception of minor stains (that will probably wash out) on the back of the right sleeve as seen in the photo which was lightened to see the spots.  The jacket is vintage dark black as seen in the cover photo. 

There are only chest pockets, no hand pockets.
