These are 3D printed, weatherproof, never rust black PETG backlit 6 inches house numbers digits and letters mades in my mini factory in Canada. The light diffuser on the back is less appearant than most of other models. They are floating ½" from the wall.

How is it powered ?

The sign need a DC voltage between 9 V and 12 V. (9.5 V or 10 V is ideal)

How to install ?

Each digit come with a stencil sheet.

Wires (two feet long) come out near the higher rod. Drill holes, do wiring, put some included glue on rods, and slide it in, but let ½" out. Then, slide the sign over them. Hold in correct position with painter's tape during curint time (one day).

Drill bit 9/64" for tight fit, or 5/32" for use with glue. Rods are 0.152" diameter cutted galvanized steel nails.

To keep the minimalist look, that holding hardware still hidden after the installation and the electric wire is protected !


How is it made ?

These lighted numbers are 3D printed with sealed weather proof PETG plastic that never rust.

Almost no risidual or waste of plastics are produced when i 3D print your sign. This is a key advantage compared to CNC machining or cutting where there is a lot more plastic is waste than the plastic actually used for your sign. 3D printing produces lines and dents, but they are barely visible in real life use and they almost disapear when painted.
