Made from a beauty shop mannequin head. Painted and sealed with glued on hair. The ruffle is different in back than front because I ran out of material. It is 11" tall off the stand. Stand is not included. It is just a paper towel holder and it works well to display. Not a toy and not for children due to paint and glue.
