I do not accept returns so please know your product!  If you are a first time user, think about maybe take a look at YouTube for application and slight burning causes which are normal.  The lipsense can only be used with this companies glosses, they won't work with any other glosses by other companies.  

If you don't apply it properly it may seem like the product is defective when in fact it is not.  Youtube has some great videos showing application and how to use this product.  

If you have any questions, please view youtube videos before purchasing.  This is not like regular lip color and application can be intimidating at first if you are a first time user.
