INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We only ship international through eBay's Global Shipping Program and do not ship directly to international buyers. Buyers need to verify additional expenses, customs clearance, and time estimates for international shipments prior to bidding/purchasing items. RETURNS (100% REFUND): We only accept “100% Refund Returns” for items that have been "substantially misrepresented" in the description of the listing, i.e.: If you've received the wrong item. For all returns you must contact us in advance and provide a legible photo of the item you received. In the event of a return/replacement we will cover all of the related shipping costs and refund to you 100% of the purchase price you paid including shipping. Returned items must have all of the original packaging and tags still attached in original condition to receive a 100% refund.

RETURNS (30 DAY “HASSLE FREE”): We accept returns for items sold under the following conditions: 1). Return must be initiated within 30 total days from receipt of item/s. 2). Item/s must be returned in the “Original Packaging” and be in “Original Condition, Unused with all Tags still attached”. (Health and Beauty Products will not receive a full refund if opened/unsealed) 3). Buyer will be charged a “Restocking Fee” of 15% of the purchase price and also to pay the Return Shipping Expense on all returns “Except for Damaged or Not as Described Items - *See 100% Refund Above. 4). All Returns “MUST BE” submitted through eBay’s Hassle Free Return System or we reserve the right to Charge Buyer a $25.00 Return Administration Fee (Deducted From Refund Amount at time of Refund) for additional processing.
