l acquired a several lots of RARE railroad/railway related and other old envelopes, stamps, ect. and of mostly defunct railroads. 

This is a nice piece and inexpensive way to get an item from a small defunct or possibly never existing railroad. I believe the stock was initially issued in 1890? I have a few examples of these rare pieces with different redeemable dates.
