100% fullness is a term used with wave folds when your curtains will be approx double your window width. Carriers have a spacing of 54mm/ approx 18-19 carriers in every metre length.
Postage with tracking is $5.90 for the first metre and only a further 50 cents for each metre after that.
Please note, these carriers are designed to be used with a wave fold track, one with a square profile as per my photos, I cannot guarantee they will work with any other type of track. Even the wave fold tracks can vary so if you are not sure these carriers will fit your track, I recommend you buy a sample piece on listing: 203561577886
