Remove all weeds and grass in planting area
Unroll fabric and make sure adjacent fabric overlaps 2-3 inches
With new plants, lay fabric down and cut X's for new plant location
Anchor edges and seams with pins or pegs.
Apply 3-4 inches of mulch or rocks over fabric
Fabric must be covered to prevent degradation.
