Each phone case is produced individually per your request. We are not able to resell such stock, therefore, we do not accept returns if you choose the wrong model of the case or approve preview. We hope you can understand us. Please check your phone model and your order details. If a mistake happened, please contact us ASAP in no less than 2 hours after the payment so we could fix it for you.
Items lost in transit.
Please note that when an item gets lost or undelivered due to incorrect/incomplete address details being provided by the buyer during the checkout process, we will need to wait until the case is returned to us by the carrier, and then we will offer a refund for the price of the case (original shipping costs are not refundable) or we can re-send the item at buyer's cost.
Items damaged in transit.
Items are always packaged safely, however, some may be damaged for reasons beyond our control. If this happens, please let us know as soon as possible. We will ask you to send a clear photo of the item before sending a replacement item out.
We AIM to get orders dispatched within 48 hours Monday-Friday after we have confirmed payment. Please do allow us up to 2 working days for busy times, the delivery services
