Payment
Payment is preferred within 24 hours after the auction is complete. Please wait to make payment until you have recieved an invoice from us. If for any reason payment can't be made in that time frame, please contact us before the end of the auction. Winning bidders who fail to make payment or follow eBay policy will be reported to eBay. A non payment complaint will be filed & you will be blocked from any of our future auctions. Please review all of the auction info before placing a bid.
Shipping
We ship items within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment as long as it is not a weekend or holiday. They will then be shipped the following business day. We now ship almost every order through USPS Priority Mail or UPS. Most shipping is now free, if not shipping prices will be calculated so you know you are getting a fair, and reasonable shipping price. If you would like your items sooner, please contact us for faster shipping. We may be able to make arrangements to accommodate. All packages shipped will have a tracking number. Any shipments going out of the lower 48 states will be charged a $5.00 handling fee.
Terms of Sale
These are not consumer replaceable parts. All TV parts should be diagnosed and replaced by a professional TV technician. Please only purchase parts based on actual diagnosis and board part number.
Do not order by TV Model Number.
All of our parts are tested, and pulled from working sets with bad panels.
Returns will only be accepted if accompanied by proper paperwork with a letterhead from a certified repair shop with a valid reason for the return.
Please do not order TV parts based on Google searches, Youtube videos, or guessing. There are proper ways to diagnose what is wrong with a TV. If you are not capable of diagnosing it yourself, please have the TV checked by someone who is. It costs us time and money to list, package, and ship these items only to have them returned because they were "ordered by mistake," "did not fix the problem," or "not the same as the part I removed."
When ordering TV parts please order by the Part Number, DO NOT order by The TV Model Number. Some TVs may use DIFFERENT PARTS IN THE SAME MODEL TV. If you purchase the wrong part the buyer will be responsible for original shipping cost which will be printed on the shipping label and also for return shipping cost. Refund will be issued MINUS these charges.
All parts are marked with security marks, and must be intact if an item is returned.
