From a Connecticut Auction comes this 1977 Postal Commemorative Society AMERICA'S FIRST LADIES FIRST DAY COVERS COLLECTION presented in a beautiful textured notebook. This collection starts with Martha Washington who became the first First Lady in 1797 and has every one from her to Rosalynn Carter who became first lady when her husband Jimmy was elected President in 1977. Although this is over 50 years old, it is in mint condition with no defects that I see.
