As we crown one monarch here is history of his predecessor on the throne.  Queen Elizabeth II 25th Anniversary of the Coronation.  Charles is unlikely to attain that, so this might be the only First Day Cover of such an occasion you will ever own!

Here we have a first day cover with the graphics of the royal coat of arms and bold red 25th Anniversary of the Coronation, Post Office First Day Cover.  Unsealed envelope, the information card is present and intact, there are tiny creases to corners the envelope as to be expected as these came though the post.  The hand stamped postmarks (cancellations) are beautiful, sharp and clear.  They show Westminster Abbey First Day of issue London SW1 31 May 1978.  Typed name and address.

Mint stamps in matching presentation pack, with matching graphics, in their own protective sleeve.  Never mounted or hinged.

Stored in album by my dad so they rarely saw the light of day.
