Orders are picked, packed and dispatched within 1 working day using Royal Mail 48 service.

Any order over £40 will be upgraded to a tracked service.

Items may be returned within 14 days at the buyer's cost (unless damaged)but must be returned unworn and include the original packaging in the same condition received.

Due to the nature of the product, any underwear will not be accepted for returns unless returned in the original sealed packaging.

Some of our stock items are warehouse/catalogue returns and as such may have damaged packaging, however all items are brand new.
