There is rubbing and some chipping of the paint with one larger chip on the back left side of the roof.  All four tires are excellent and the base is very nice. I do combine shipping local and international. Foreign buyers message me for shipping cost. I offer free returns to U.S. buyers.  Just check the return box and a label will be sent to you by eBay.  When I get it back, I will return both the cost of the item and original shipping charge.  Beat that for a deal.
