New other never used. Listed as used because the pen and glitter glue has dried up over time. I'm not sure if the glue stick still works. There are a few puncture marks on the back of the packaging. The packaging has been open for inspection and picture purposes only. The punctures has not affected the scrapbook. Please see pictures of the actual item and conditions.
