Each of these baits will be in a plastic bag to keep them fresh until you put them in the water. I recently made up some weedless spinnerbaits with trailers attached. You get 2 Smoke Shad, 2 Watermelon/Red and 2 Black Perch. 1 3/8 and 1 1/2 of each color You get 3 3/8 and 3 1/2 for a total of 6 spinnerbaits with trailers already attached and with weed guards. The 3/8 Smoke Shad and the Black Perch has #4 Silver Serrated Willowleaf Blades and the 1/2 oz has #5 Silver Serrated Willowleaf blades. The Smoke Shad has a skirt with a Blue Tint to it. And the 3/8 Black Perch has a #4 Willowleaf Gold Blade and the 1/2 has a #5 Gold Willowleaf blade. I put them together using a split
ring to attach the body to the arm that the blade attaches to. (See
pictures) I was just amazed at how
awesome these baits work. I have been told by some pretty good fishermen that the Black Perch works awesomely in the summer months when the Black Perch get up under docks into the shade. If you can get them up under the docks some very good things happen. They run
perfectly straight and are so weedless it almost shocked me. These are by far the straightest running spinnerbaits I have ever put in the water. And I can really smoke them (run them very fast),
and again they run perfectly straight even with a bigger blade on them. I used Sampo Ball Bearing Swivels that I
think are one of if not the best swivels around. The way I attached them to the body allows
for the body to bang into stuff and then continue to run perfectly straight
almost instantly and when a fish hits it the whole arm with the blade attached
will collapse letting the fish have much more access to the hook. Something a little different that I think you will be very pleased with. Also sending you, free, an article about jig
fishing that I started writing in 2015 and finished at the end of 2017. I actually caught over 7000 bass (I kept
records through 2015-2017) fishing jigs most of the time but mostly using a
little Bluegill finesse jig that I also make that I found bass just can’t
hardly resist. Bass love bluegill!!! You can see them by typing in “Bass Jigs
Finesse 10 Total” here on eBay. I only
fished public lakes around Kansas City, Missouri and I guarantee you I left
nothing out going into the teeniest, tiniest detail as to how to fished them
and still fish them today.
