THIS IS A BEAUTIFULLY CUT HEAVY CRYSTAL ROUND BOX.  WITH A LID.

IT IS CUT IN CRISS CROSS PATTERN AND HAS A STAR CUT BASE.

IT MEASURES 7cms HIGH and 8cms ACROSS.

it weighs 444g.

The only damage is a small rim chip on the lid.  Not really too visible on the outside.

Possibly Victorian - maybe up to 1920s at a guess.
