3.Turn the phone volume to the maximum.

4.Please reconfirm that the wifi password is entered correctly.

5.You have successfully connected your device to the app.Now you can set a password to log in,which can protect your privacy. The camera password should be longer than 8 characters, including numbers and letters.Please select "Non -Mainland China Users".

6. Congratulations! Now you can view the camera live on your phone anytime,anywhere.

You may encounter the following problems when using the smart bird feeder:

*1. Can't turn on bird camera after receiving it?

Because the camera is stored and transported in the warehouse for a long time, the original small amount of power in the battery maybe consumed, resulting in the camera's power exhaustion. It is recommended to turn it on and try it first, if there is no power, you can charge the camera for more than 3 hours and try turning it on again.

*2. The camera cannot connect to WiFi? After the connection is successful, the connection is interrupted or the machine freezes during use?

Please check the router you are using. Our products only support 2.4 GHz wireless WiFi temporarily, do not support 5GHz wireless WiFi. Also, the bird feeder needs to be used on a network with good WiFi coverage. In general, the effective distance from the smart bird feeder to the router is 7-10m. If the WiFi coverage signal is weak, you can add repeaters to strengthen the network signal.

*3.Smart bird feeder Camera connected and power is on but says offline .why?

This is because the wifi signal is weak. It is recommended to check the wifi and use a stronger WiFi to connect the bird camera.（the effective distance of smart bird feeder from the router is 7-10m）
