Step 3: Your Device will be fixed and shipped back within 2-3 business days after we receive your phone/tablet. We will notify you with the return tracking number # when it is ready to ship back.
We also offer a 30 days warranty on all repairs. Buyers will only have to responsible for the shipping back. Any Physical
or liquid damage to the device automatically void the 30 days warranty.
Please Note:
We cover 1 way free shipping only. which is from us back to you after your device is repaired. You still have to pay to ship it to us.
* $25 Diagnostic/Shipping Fee will be deducted from total refund in the case where you no longer want to proceed with repairs if charging port is not the issue*
