The BMW 507 was conceived by US automobile importer Max Hoffman who, in 1954, persuaded the BMW management to produce a roadster version of the BMW 501 and BMW 502 saloons to fill the gap between the expensive Mercedes-Benz 300SL and the cheaper Triumph and MG sports cars. It was one of BMWs most attractive ever models, but sadly the car was too expensive to sell in the numbers anticipated on the US market. Its performance was good for a mid-1950s machine, with a top speed of 124mph. Power came from a 3.2-litre 150bhp pushrod overhead-valve V8 engine and the exceptional styling was by Albrecht Goertz. Only 252 cars were manufactured.

Printed on thick 230gsm paper it is suitable for framing with a mount or without.
