 If you want your game quicker or want to ensure your game arrives on time, then please select a prioritised service at an extra cost.

UK BUYERS ONLY - I do not post Overseas or to any UK Distribution Centres. You must have a UK home address and be registered via eBay in UK. Please do not proceed with the sale as I will cancel the order.

• All games pictured are of the actual title and contents you will be receiving. 
• All games will be pictured with their contents including manuals / inlays / download code etc. 
• If I have multiple amounts of the same titles, I will use pictures of only one of that particular copy of game therefore other copies sent may have slight differences in the cases and contents. I will try and refresh the photographs as best as I can regards remaining copies when 1 is sold.
• If I have multiple copies of the same games and some do not have a manual / inlays, the games that have a manual / inlays will be sent first to customers, therefore, please assume you may not get any manuals.
• If you are in any doubt, please message me to enquire as to what is included with a particular game thus ensuring you are happy with your intended purchase.

      Gaming:

• All games are tested and cleaned to ensure they are in working condition.
• To avoid any disappointment, unless specified, please assume any DLCs / downloadable content that accompany the game have already been used / expired.
• Some games discs may show signs of use including light scratches (I will never sell a game that does not work or sell a disc that has heavy scratches).
• I will always take pictures of the actual game you are buying. If I have multiple versions of the same title, then I will have to use a library picture.
• If multiple stock of the same item comes with and without game case inlays, I will supply the games with the inlays to the first customers.

General Information:

• All items are described / photographed as best as possible to avoid any disappointment. It is not my intention or in my interests to mislead or deceive any person.
• All items are tested to ensure they are in working order prior to listing on eBay.
• If there are any problems with an item, please message me in the first instance and I will do my best to resolve any issues.
• I will always endeavour to send items the following day after payment has been received.
• I will always pack items as securely as possible to avoid any damage and to ensure safe delivery of your item.
• All items will mainly be sent generally be sent via Royal Mail 2nd class services. Any high value item will be sent via special / registered delivery.
• Any non-payment of items will be reported to eBay.
• Please leave me feedback when you receive and are happy with your item. I will leave feedback once I know that the customer has received the item and happy with the transaction.

Fraud Prevention:

• NO FIRST TIME BIDDERS, ZERO FEEDBACK OR USERS WITH A NEW ACCOUNT LESS THAN 1 MONTH OLD, PLEASE DO NOT PROCEED WITH PURCHASE AS I WILL CANCEL THE ORDER.
• All items are photographed in detail and saved (including serial numbers) for fraud prevention.
• All items will be sent only to the eBay registered address. Please do not ask me to send items to another address.
• Any attempts to defraud me will be reported to eBay and the Police.
