All items are despatched to your home or work address by Royal Mail depending on size and value, within two working days once payment has been received. We always endeavour to send items out free of carriage but due to the charges we incur this is not always possible.

We now have a shop that has all the products we sell through our eBay on show in order that if you want to check the product out before you buy you can. We are always more than happy to advise you on buying the correct fitting helmet.

Our range covers helmets from £40 to £600 to Jackets from £50 to £1000 and everything in-between. We also carry a large selection of service items for the popular bikes but as we order every day from our suppliers nothing will be too much trouble to get hold of.

We prefer payment by PayPal as it secure and easy to use but we can also take card payments or even Bank Transfers if you wish.

We mainly use Royal Mail and Parcelforce to ship our orders as they collect from us every day at 4pm. All the orders are recorded when they are collected in order we can prove they have been shipped, this information can be supplied if requested. Tracking numbers are updated when tracked or next day is chosen.

We endeavour to ship everything within one working day but sometimes this can take an extra day.

Delivery to specific areas

Please note that some areas we are unable to deliver to due to them been classed as "out of area" such as off shore islands and remote areas. If this is the case we will inform you and immediately issue a refund.

Our returns policy is valid for 30 days from the receipt of an item.

Our returns procedure
Please follow the eBay returns procedure if you need to return the item for a refund. If you are wanting to exchange the item for a different size, colour or model please contact us first to discuss the options and available stock

1) Contacting Returns Department Please contact our returns department by sending an E-mail through eBay and they will advise a returns authorisation number.

2) Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us. However, if we delivered this item to you in error or if the item is damaged or defective, you will be able to print off a pre-paid returns label through eBay.

3) Replacement or refund: - We will ask you if you would like us to replace the item (provided it is still available) or refund your PayPal account or card. We will issue a refund once we have received and processed the item. Goods damaged during delivery: - If any items were damaged upon delivery we ask that you report it to us within 7 working days. If the items are visibly damaged on receipt the goods should be refused or signed as damaged in order we can claim from the courier. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you. Returning an unwanted item: -You may return any unopened item within 30 days of receiving it, for a full refund. We will refund your card / PayPal account once we have received and processed the item. We will only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error. We cannot refund or exchange an opened item unless it is faulty, or if the item was sent to you through our error.

This Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights, which are shown below: Your Statutory Rights Cooling-off Period By law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service if the value of the return is more than GBP 50. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective. If we do not receive the item back from you with the delivery slip, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost. We will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item normal postal charge we cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge, once we have received and processed the item.
