This is an NOS 12V ignition coil in the original Ford box, Ford part # B6A 120290-B. It was used on Fords, Thunderbirds, Lincolns, Mercurys and Panteras beginning in 1956 when Ford changed to a 12V electrical system.  The coil has the FoMoCo label with the Ford engineering part # D5TE 12020-AB, both NOS wire nuts with lock washers for the wires and a + and - indication on the top of the coil for the wiring.  NOTE: This coil must be used with an external resistor as indicated on the label.  It can also be used on a 1949 thru 1954 Ford, Lincoln or Mercury which has been converted to a 12V electrical system.   Perfect for replacing a missing or defective coil.  See my eBay Store for more Ford, Thunderbird,Lincoln and Mercury parts.  We charge actual shipping only and are always glad to combine shipping on several auctions or you would be welcome to pick them up at our shop.Thanks!
