It starts up and works.  We believe this to be working for everyday use, and should be equipped to run a wide array of standard tasks. Item sold as is. We don’t test any battery, so we have no way of knowing that it’s operational; it may not be working.  No keyboard or mouse included.   Pictures are of the actual item.
