RETURN POLICY
The return policy differs per item. Please check each item under the Shipping and Payments tab
towards the top of each listing to determine if an item is eligible to be returned. If you have an questions whether an item can
be returned or not, please contact us first!
Returns will be accepted if item is unworn, unaltered, and has not been washed, used, or damaged. Item must be in the
original condition from when it was purchased and include all tags fully attached.
The original shipping amount paid will not be refunded and there is a restocking fee of $12 per item. Buyer must contact us
within 14 days of delivery and will pay for the cost to return the item back to us. Buyer will have 3 days from point of contact to physically
mail item back and submit tracking information to us in order to receive a refund.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.
These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be PRIOR to bidding.
Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up.
These fees are NOT additional shipping charges.
We WILL NOT under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms.
Doing so is against U.S. and international laws.

DIESEL SIZING:
DIESEL denim are vanity sized so the tagged waist and inseam does not
correspond to the actual measured size. Additionally, due to the manufacturing process,
each pair of denim can fit differently across different styles and washes, or even
between two pairs of the exact same wash and tagged size.
Please ask for measurements before purchasing as we will not be responsible for
denim that does not fit. The regular Return Policy as stated above will apply.
