DELIVERY PROCESS
1. Click 'Buy it now'. Remember to add your child's name in the personalisation box if you have selected the personalised print.
2. Once you have paid your designs will be printed on quality cardstock, placed in protective film, then in a large card backed envelope.
3. Your prints will be posted 2nd class and postage is FREE. Please note prints are unframed.
4. We aim to ship all prints on the same day - with the exception of A3 prints - as these need to be sent from the post office.
- Items are shipped Mon-Fri 9am or 4.30pm | Sat 7am or 1030am.
- Please allow 3-5 days for items to arrive.
- We appreciate your patience and ask you to wait 14 days before contacting us regarding items which have not arrived - we will be happy to help you.
