After receiving your console, we will first inspect your device to determine the issue. If the actual issue aligns with the service you purchased, we will repair it, otherwise, we will contact you to discuss the next steps.
Usually, we will complete the repair and return it within 7 business day, and we will send you relevant message upon completion of the repair.
In any circumstance, if the device cannot be repaired, we will return it to you, and you will receive a partial refund after deducting a $10 shipping fee and a $10 inspection fee.
90 days warranty for this repair, the warranty doesn't cover the shipping fee, any physical or liquid damage will automatically void the warranty.
