Use steps:
1. Connect both ends of the balance cable to the balance terminals of the balance charger and the balance charging board respectively, as shown in the figure
2. Connect the power terminal of the balance charging board to the output terminal of the balance charger
3. Connect the battery to the panel. First insert the balance head and then connect it to the battery output.
Set the charging voltage (even for individual batteries) and the current, which is set as follows:
I=i1+i2+i3+… _in(n≤6)
I:Total Current. I: total current
I:the charge current of every battery. I: The charge current of every battery
n: the quantity of barrery. The total number of batteries
Note: If the maximum output current of your balanced battery is less than the total current "I", set the charger current to the maximum.
The maximum current of the balanced charging board is 80A. The voltage of the battery must be the same when charging, and the capacity and discharge rate can be set arbitrarily. After several balances, the voltage will be more balanced and the pressure difference will be smaller.
Warning: If you need to charge less than 6 battery packs, place the housing on the T-plug or any other plug currently in use to avoid an accident. When charging, each T-plug is charged.
Based on the different balance heads currently available on the market, there are four types of balance charging boards: JST-XH, THUNDER POWER(TP), HYPERION(HP) and EH(KOkam), depending on your battery you can choose one of these, but we usually use the JST-XH. The function and principle of these four types of charging boards are the same.
If the plug of your battery pack is XT60, JST, etc., you can purchase the type of charging pad you need.
In addition to LiPo batteries, the product can also be used in LiFe and Li-Ion batteries.
