Antique Burl Walnut French Vaisselier Cupboard

A 19th century Louis XV style French country burl walnut    vaisselier or cupboard in two parts with beautiful hand carvings and an over-hanging crest with a center diamond inlay and turned hanging pendants. The plate rack in the upper section has four shelves with turned spindle railings, two drawers and a centered drawer-front, each with roped-edge brass pulls with recessed centers. The lower case has canted corners above two drawers with keyhole and key working locks with brass keyhole escutcheons and a pair of paneled cupboard doors that open to a single shelf, a shaped apron with inlaid urn design, cabriole legs ending and scrolled front feet.
