I know little about this deckbox, but it was definitely made by Upper Deck Entertainment for the World of Warcraft Trading Card Game. The sides feature amazing artwork, and the box can easily carry a full deck or two and tokens. There are no cards included in this listing, only the actual box that you can see on the photos.
