This is a child's size 5/6 from The Disney Store. It's a yellow Belle dress costume that has tiny lights in the bottom.half of the dress. There is an on/off switch on the battery box. There is a string  of lights sewn into the dress.  There may be a few small stains. I've spot removed a few spots but may have missed some as this dress can not be washed traditionally due to the lights. I've wiped it down with a damp cloth as the directions say to do.
