The AH3144E is a magnetic sensing circuit consisting of a voltage regulator, a Hall voltage generator, a differential amplifier, a Schmitt trigger and an open collector output stage with magnetic inductance as input and a digital voltage signal as output. It is a magnetic sensing circuit with single pole operation and is suitable for operation under rectangular or cylindrical magnets. The operating temperature range is -40°C to 150°C, and can be used in the automotive industry and military engineering.
