gm front crossmember for sway bar on 81-87 4x4 chevy and gmc full size has the extra support for the steering box side and is in great shape fits k10,k20,k30 v,10,v20,v30(( i believe it will fit the 73-80 frame as well.)) AND I'VE SOLD A FEW TO 67-72 TRUCK OWNERS WHO SLIGHTLY MODIFIED THEM TO FIT.

(has some rub wear from running with wore out upper bushings) still works fine
