2. Universal use for single lithium 4.2V, 2S lithium 8.4V, 3S lithium 12.6V, short connection soldering point to adjust the charging voltage
3. Synchronous rectifier buck DC-DC ultra-high efficiency ultra-low heat
4. Can be converted into a common buck board when no battery is installed
5. High frequency and low internal resistance
6. Integrated high current small volume inductor, fully closed magnetic low loss and low interference, with overheating protection full charge self-stop (indicator light off)
Product parameters:
Voltage input: DC4-20V ultra-wide voltage
Sampling resistance voltage: 25mV
Current setting: Current sampling voltage is 0.025V
Charging current = 0.025/sampling resistor resistance (sampling resistor is "R012" on board, resistance value 0.012R, can be purchased and replaced by yourself)
Caution:
1. Charge 1 lithium battery, such as "4.2V 2800mA" can not reach 2A charging current, only 1.5A at most, such as multiple parallel, capacity increase, in order to reach 2A.
2. When the charging current is greater than 1.5A, it is necessary to install a heat sink to avoid overheating, which may lead to internal overheating protection or burn the charging board, and the common indicator light will flash slowly.
3. The board is charged at constant current, if the battery is discharged, the current can reach 2A when charging, and the charging current will be reduced accordingly when the battery voltage is back up.
4. When adjusting the charging voltage, the charging board should not be loaded with batteries and input power, otherwise the board will be damaged.
5. Please do not touch any part of the board with your hands while the charging board is working, otherwise the human body static electricity will damage the chip.
6. The smaller the difference in voltage between the input power supply and the lithium battery, the greater the charging current, such as power supply 4.8V 3A, and a single lithium battery 4.2V full charge voltage, a difference of 0.6V, the charging current will be slightly larger than with 5V power supply. However, the charging power supply must meet the condition that the voltage difference with the battery full charge voltage is not less than 0.3V when carrying a load.
Troubleshooting:
1. LED indicator flashing fast: no battery access, battery or protection board failure
2. LED indicator slow flashing: charging board overheating protection; input power protection; lithium battery protection state may be triggered
