STANDARD SHIPPING: with tracking number! You can check your shipping status
at any online tracking service.
DHL EXPRESS SHIPPING: it's a courier service and usually takes 3-6 days to deliver the items.

An exchange will be issued, including shipping & handling, only if the product is deemed
defective or if we shipped an item incorrectly, given that the part is:
1) not missing any included itemsk, pieces, hardware or instructions associated with the
packaged product.
2) not used, installed or dissasembled and, 3) not damaged due to incorrect installation
In order to return an item, please email us within 30 days of receipt of the item.
