Complete. Excellent condition. Only assembled twice - the second time just now to verify completeness and to get a good picture.
The top of the box says "1000 pieces" and the side of the box says "over 1000 pieces." I didn't count the pieces, but I put it together to ensure completeness.
This is a fun puzzle to complete because of the vibrant colors and numerous patterns.
