These engine plates are for custom builds of Greeves / Triumph hybrids and are for installing Triumph unit 350 or 500 cc engines into the pre 1961 Hawkstone type frames. These frames can be identified as having a separate top frame tube and rear frame section which is bolted together at the rear of the tank. Later models had a continuous top tube which curved down behind the engine and gearbox to which the swingarm was bolted.

Plates are new and made of 3mm steel. This version does not have pre-cut holes along the lower edge but it is important that the plates are bolted together in this way as it provides extra strength and rigidity which is necessary for competition use. The fact that these are un-drilled allows you more choice on how to fit a rock protection plate.
