If Russian and Ukrainian tea traditions are part of your heritage, then you'll know that tea service is a bit different.

Instead of just a single pot, Slavic tea service involves two kettles. A small one like this one on offer, where a strong concentrate of tea known as заварка (zavarka) would be steeped/brewed, and served out, while in a larger kettle would be just-boiled water (nowadays, this part is typically done with an electric kettle). First, you pour the tea concentrate to fill your cup 1/4 full, then you add hot water to dilute it.

This Soviet Melchior (Copper-Nickel Alloy) teapot service set will make a great addition to any vintage collection, adding a chic and rustic motif to any kitchen decor and can be used for serving, in great condition!
