Known to have been made from 1959-1965, this hard plastic wall art is in great shape. Featuring a young boy in a sailor suit holding a ship with a sailboat and waves painted in the background in gold paint. Lettering on his hat band is Морфлот, which stands for the Ministry of the Maritime Fleet (Minmorflot; Russian: Министерство морского флота СССР) which was a government ministry in the Soviet Union. Merchant Maritime Fleet of the USSR has abbreviation Morflot (English: Морфлот).
