Do not ever use dry cleaning fluid or harsh chemicals on your mattress, chemicals will damage some of the construction materials.

Warranty
Our Mlily mattress toppers are designed for normal domestic use which is defined as 8-10 hours of full horizontal body support a day for at least 5 years. Providing the mattress topper is in a clean, undamaged, and sanitary condition, Mlily will replace your mattress topper free of charge if it is deemed to be a manufacturing fault within 5 years from the date of purchase.

Are MLILY’s covers washable?
Majority of MLILY’s Mattresses, Pillow and Topper covers are all machine washable. Covers have been manufactured for longevity, and can be easily removed via our zip on/off covers.Please check care instructions for more information.
Caring for your Removable Cover:
● The products outer cover may be removed and warm machine wash - gentle cycle.
● NEVER cut open or remove the inner cover ENCLOSING THE FOAM
● Keep away from flame, ignition sources and heat.
● DO NOT dry in direct sunlight, bleach, soak or wring
How does gel-infused foam work?
Gel particles in various forms (infusion, pads, etc.) work by drawing away heat from the body. Additionally, our foam products are designed with an open cell structure that allow for increased air flow through the mattress by drawing heat away from the sleeping surface. Allowing air to move through the product to the body without meeting a concentrated heat source.
What is the importance of a cool sleeping environment?
There have been many studies that show the body’s natural instinct is to lower its temperature before sleep as a way to conserve energy. By sleeping in a cooler environment, you will reinforce that natural instinct. Additionally, the body rises in temperature as you get closer to waking.
