Pair of 8" x 10" Signed Paintings

Lucille Watkins was a staff artist at Mayco Glazes, Hilliard Ohio

Known for her vivid use of color on clay

and Mid Century abstract Googie style

She often used these two tropical motifs,

so perhaps these are studies/practice pieces

They appear to be acrylic on thin cardboard

Backgrounds look tan in my photos,

but are actually white

So, in contrast, the colors are slightly richer than they look in my listing

Good pre-owned condition

Colors are vivid and undamaged

Cardboard has staining and single thumbtack holes at top

Staining is not so apparent when framed (behind glass)

Priority Mail cost includes insurance for the full purchase price
